At Vintage Wholesale, we offer a 14-day return window for items that do not meet your expectations, provided they remain in their original vintage condition. Please note that as we deal in unique pre-loved pieces, all returns must be authorized through our portal before being shipped back.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all vintage tags and security seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
